Hualin Zhang, Ph.D, DABR, FAAPM, is
an associate professor of the
Department of Radiation Oncology at
the University of Southern
California. Prior to that he held
the position of the chief physicist
of brachytherapy in the Department
of Radiation Oncology at
Northwestern University Feinberg
School of Medicine from 2013 to
2022.
Dr. Zhang’s clinical focus is the
implementation of advanced
technologies, with emphasis on
spatially fractionated radiation
therapy for bulky tumors; MRI image
guided HDR and LDR brachytherapy,
intraoperative radiation therapy
(IORT), and stereotactic body
radiation therapy (SBRT); and
radiobiology modeling for radiation
therapy regimens.
About
Dr. Andrew Lim MD, FRCPC is an
Assistant Professor, Director of
Brachytherapy at the University of
Southern California.
Dr. Lim’s research interests include
spatially fractionated (GRID)
radiation therapy, advanced
intersitial brachytherapy for
prostate, gynecologic, and
metastatic cancers anywhere in the
body.
Dr. Lim’s clinical focus is the
development of programs that improve
the patient experience and medical
predictions.
